    Description: Whenever you or one of your allies is - or is about to be - attacked or put in a dangerous situation, time comes to a complete halt and that individual can narrate their circumstance anyway they see fit for up to 10 seconds. This does not change the outcome, nor is anyone other than the narrator aware of the time freeze and resulting narration. This counts as a free Reaction that can be used up to 3 times per long rest.

    Description: This is a Free Reaction. The Civilian senses a bad idea, or perhaps general danger, and attempts to stop it. Give anyone a Free Reaction, but only for immediate use. No one else can react until the Target has used their Free Reaction.

    Description: Should one of your allies fall, you can use your reaction to cheer them on. GIve them an inspiring speech and give them your Courage score in HP back. A target can only receive this speech once per long rest

    Description: If the DM determines that the Civilian using this is the one that initiated the fight (either through violence or words), the Civilian's allies add the Civilian's Charisma to their Dexterity for their first attack in combat. The Civilian subtracts their Charisma score for their first attack.

    Description: The Civilian loudly announces that this fight has gone on long enough. It's time to end the fight in a single strike. The Civilian rolls a normal attack. If the attack deals no damage, the opponent rolls against the Civilian's Wisdom score. If the Civilian wins, the Enemy is too shocked by the stupidity and stunned for one turn. This attack can only work on an opponent once.

    Description: The Martial Artist descends a barrage of rapid punches upon a Target to finish a chain of attacks. Opponent must be on their feet or mid-fall for this attack to work. If this is immediately following an attack from you or an Ally (Via Reaction), you can roll with the Dex bonus, otherwise, you must roll for a regular attack without said bonus. On hit, The Martial Artist stomps their foot on the ground and an electrical current forces the Target to stand completely straight and unable to make any Reactions until the turn ends. Furthermore, they take 2d12 + ATK and are knocked back 20ft from the last punch.
